Company founded in Ajman
Premium Post Tension Concrete Works opens, built around a single discipline rather than general concrete work.
About us
We are a licensed post-tensioning contractor based in Ajman, working with contractors, consultants and developers across the United Arab Emirates.
Post-tensioning is not one service among several that we offer. It is the entirety of what this company does, from the structural design that positions each tendon through to the grouting record handed to the consultant at the end.
Licensed by DED Ajman, License No. 127328. PTI certified.
Our story
A short history, not a long one, but every stage of it is still shaping how we work today.
Premium Post Tension Concrete Works opens, built around a single discipline rather than general concrete work.
DED Ajman trade licence No. 127328 issued, and the company begins working to PTI practice from its first projects.
Residential blocks, towers with parking podiums, and villas across Ajman and neighbouring emirates.
Design, materials, installation, stressing, grouting and inspection, all sitting inside one company.
Since 2024
A young company in years, built around depth in one discipline rather than decades spread across many.
Our scope
We deliver every stage of a post-tensioned concrete structure.
Design comes first: slab, beam and transfer girder design, structural optimisation, and the shop drawings and calculations a site can build from, all produced in-house. Then materials, scheduled against the pour rather than ordered once the deck is already closed. Then installation, where tendons are laid to profile and coordinated with the reinforcement works. Then stressing, where each tendon's elongation is measured against its calculated figure. Then grouting, which protects the steel for the life of the building. And finally the inspection, testing and documentation that lets a consultant sign the work off.
We also work on existing structures, investigating and repairing post-tensioned slabs that have developed problems, and strengthening buildings that need to carry more than they were designed for.
The reason we list all of that is that many companies provide two or three of those stages and subcontract the rest. Every handover between companies is a point where responsibility blurs and a problem can sit unowned. Keeping the whole scope in one place is the central decision this business is built around.

Why we exist
Because there are remarkably few of them.
Post-tensioning is used extensively across the UAE. Almost every tower with a car park beneath it, every building with long clear spans, every podium and transfer structure depends on it. But the number of contractors who do post-tensioning as their actual specialism, rather than as an occasional scope taken on alongside general concrete work, is small. Search for post-tensioning specialists in this country and the list of genuine, established names is short enough to read in under a minute.
That shortage has consequences on real sites. A slab sits finished and waits for a stressing crew. A consultant cannot get the elongation records needed to release the next pour. A main contractor absorbs a programme delay caused by a trade that represents a small fraction of the contract value. None of that happens because post-tensioning is difficult in principle. It happens because too few teams do it often enough to do it fluently.
We built this company to be one of the teams that does. Since starting operations in 2024 we have completed more than 40 projects and grown to a team of over 50, working most closely with the consultants and contractors building in and around Ajman while taking on work across the emirates.
The measure we hold ourselves to is not whether the slab stands up. It is whether the consultant received what they needed, when they needed it, without having to ask twice.
Our people
More than 50 people, covering design, supervision and site execution.
The structure matters more than the number. Because design and site work sit in the same company, the person who set a tendon profile is reachable when a question comes off the deck about that profile, and the crew stressing a slab is stressing tendons their own colleagues designed and installed. When an elongation reading comes back outside tolerance, the conversation about why happens inside one company rather than between three.
Our crews work on post-tensioning continuously rather than occasionally, which is the difference between a team that follows a procedure and a team that recognises when something looks wrong before the procedure catches it.
The team spans four functions that most competitors split across separate firms: structural design, materials procurement, on-site installation and stressing, and the inspection and documentation that closes each job out. Every one of those functions sits inside this company, staffed by people who work alongside each other daily rather than meeting for the first time on a handover call.
Credentials
Documentation is available on request, and we provide it with quotations as a matter of course.
Registered for concrete works and pre-tension construction units building and execution works, issued October 2024 and valid for work throughout the UAE.
We work to Post-Tensioning Institute practice, the reference standard the industry uses for post-tensioning materials, installation, stressing and grouting.
More than 40 completed projects and a team of over 50.
UAE coverage
Our office and our completed project history are both in Ajman. Our DED Ajman licence permits work throughout the United Arab Emirates, and we take projects across the emirates. We keep a separate page for each one rather than making a blanket claim, because each market builds differently.
On site
Design, installation and stressing, photographed on live projects rather than described only in text.

Common questions
The company was established in 2024 and has completed more than 40 projects since. We are a young company in years and a specialised one in focus, which is a combination worth being straightforward about: what we bring is depth in one discipline rather than decades across many.
Yes, entirely. We do not take on general concrete or building work. That is a deliberate limit rather than a gap, because it is what allows the crews to work on post-tensioning every week rather than a few times a year.
Yes, and that is the most common arrangement. We also work directly with consultants and developers, and on existing structures we are often engaged by owners.
Either. The full scope from design through grouting and testing is what we prefer, because it removes the handovers where problems get lost. But we regularly take on individual services on projects where other parts are already committed.
From single residential buildings through to multi-storey structures with parking levels and transfer conditions. We will tell you honestly if a project is a poor fit rather than taking it on and learning that later.
Start your project
Send us the drawings, or simply describe the building and what the structure needs to do. We will tell you whether post-tensioning suits it, what delivering it would involve, and what you would receive at the end.
