What Should You Send Us With Your Enquiry?
You do not need all of this. Send what you have and we will tell you if anything else is needed.
If the structure is already designed: the structural drawings, the specification if there is one, and your pour programme. That is enough for a quotation.
If the design is not finalised: the architectural layout, the spans the architecture is asking for, the intended use of each floor, and roughly when you expect to start. This is genuinely the better moment to involve us, because post-tensioning affects slab depth, column positions and foundation loads, and those are cheaper to get right before the structure is fixed.
If this is an existing building with a problem: photographs of what you are seeing, the location within the building, when you first noticed it, and any original drawings or records that still exist. Their absence is useful information too.
If you only want materials: the tendon schedule if you have one, or the drawings so we can take off quantities ourselves.

What Happens After You Get in Touch?
1. We read the drawings before we reply
A first response that has not looked at the structure is not worth much, so we would rather take a little longer and come back with something specific.
2. We tell you whether post-tensioning is the right call
Sometimes it is not. On a building with short spans and a column grid nobody objects to, conventional reinforced concrete may be the better answer, and we will say so rather than quoting for work you do not need.
3. We set out the scope
Which of the seven services your project actually needs, and which it does not.
4. We quote
With the quantities taken off your drawings rather than estimated from floor area, and with the licence and certification documentation attached.
5. If it proceeds, we agree the programme before mobilising
Post-tensioning is scheduled work. Stressing and grouting dates get committed against pour dates well in advance, which is what keeps a floor cycle intact.

For new-build work, usually not at quotation stage, since the drawings tell us what we need. For existing structures with a suspected problem, yes, because a photograph rarely settles the question.
